Tina Saldana Fill, founder of CareerCBPConnect, was born in Manila and moved to the United States at the age of 7. As she adapted to her new environment, Tina embraced the opportunities that came her way while remaining deeply connected to her Filipino heritage. Raised by a single mother who worked three jobs to support her and her brother, Tina learned early on the value of hard work and resilience.
At just 18 years old, she launched her first business, selling nursing uniforms to healthcare workers at Kaiser Permanente hospitals. This marked the beginning of a lifelong entrepreneurial journey. Over the next 25 years, Tina built a successful career in real estate and finance, while continuing to fuel her passion for business ownership.
Her extensive experience in the corporate world provided Tina with invaluable insights into the challenges that both job seekers and business owners face. This led her to create CareerCBPConnect, a platform dedicated to streamlining the hiring process and connecting employers with the right candidates. Tina's vision is rooted in her belief that with the right support, every business owner can succeed and thrive.
Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her early experiences of overcoming adversity, has shaped Tina’s commitment to empowering others. Thomas Fill: A Lifelong Commitment to Service
Thomas Fill, Tina’s husband and greatest supporter, has built a career centered around service and dedication. With over a decade of experience as a fire medic and 22 years in emergency medical services, Thomas is no stranger to hard work and commitment. He also volunteers as a NASCAR safety firefighter and EMT-B, exemplifying his passion for helping others and ensuring safety in high-pressure environments.
Thomas’ background in emergency services mirrors the values that drive CareerCBPConnect—efficiency, dedication, and care for others. While Tina leads the charge in business, Thomas’ unwavering support and understanding the importance of community are integral to the company's vision. Together, they have created a business that not only focuses on success but also on creating a positive impact.
