We offer job posting services for employers (the "Client") to publish job listings on our Website. The services are offered through the following packages:

• Silver Package: $169 for a 7-day job posting, access to a general candidate pool, dashboard management for applicants, and email support.
• Gold Package: $269 for a 30-day job posting, top placement in search results, access to skill-verified and pre-screened candidates, and multi-channel support.
• Diamond Package: $369 for a 45-day job posting, exclusive visibility, featured employer status, access to skill-verified and pre-screened candidates, and priority multi-channel support.

3. Payment and Account Activation

• Payment is required within 24 hours of selecting a package. Payment must be made via the designated payment channels.
• Failure to complete the payment within this time frame may delay or cancel the activation of your account and job posting
• Once the payment is confirmed, your account will be activated, and the job listing will be posted on the Website.

4. No Refund Policy

Once the Client selects a package and the job posting is live on the Website, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes any cancellation requests after the job posting is active. The Client acknowledges that the Company invests resources and effort in publishing and promoting the job listings, and hence refunds are not available.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all job postings.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure that job postings do not contain discriminatory, illegal, or misleading information.
• Use the Website solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

• The number or quality of applicants who apply to job postings.
• The outcome of hiring decisions made by the Client.
• Any technical issues, including outages, that may affect the visibility or performance of the job postings. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company is not responsible for:

• Ownership: All content and materials on our Website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CareerCBPConnect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
